...they suck on gas, suck on reliability, suck on regular maintnence ( $15,000 every 10,000 miles) my corvette's got sum where around 6 computers, not includeing the wires with have microproccesors in them, and it gets 30 mph on the high way and havent had to put a dime inot it for repairs for the 41,000 miles its got on it...idk about vipers

The Cobra (Or Mustang GT, it could've been) was not naturally aspirated. You could hear the HKS turbo but you can also hear another whine a little louder, closer to the camera.
It probably was a 2003 Cobra and I'm not surprised that it lost. A Supra is a powerful, potent machine. So is a Cobra, but I think this Cobra was stock.

props to domestic and imports and no carluva 500/600/700hp supras dont run 12s im sorry...600-11s 700-10s with the right weather conditions and track conditions...at LACR this past week there was a V6 body 99 mustang with a 5.0 V8 swap built of course sporting a T88...9.3secs and the track was filled with dirt and the air was humid...but then again i also saw a supra with a stock bottom end

HKS bumpsticks (camshafts) veilside 100mm plenum larger injectors and a T78 running @ 1.4 bars running 10.1s all day long...see when you guys talk about cars get into the physic side of it...u line up a 400hp supra vs a 400hp mustang (rwhp) say the mustang was super charged and the supra was turbo...1/4 it would be pretty neck to neck but what about after that? which car can hold its grip @ 160mph

In this race, the supra(race car) won to the lesser cobra(street car), not a big surprise to me. It's obivious, that the cobra was stock or close to it, or the modds would have been listed, after all someone knew that the supra was a single turbo, it's logic to me if the cobra was modded it also would have been listed. Also it's already been proven for about 1500.00 or less the new cobra's are

putting out 460 to 490rwhp, that's what I call bang for the buck. I have never heard of supra's putting out that amount of hp for that little amount of money. Anyway fast supra, but it seems this race was setup to make the supra look dominant.

why is their even an arguement here about the two cars?03' cobra is a sweet car probably one of the best mustangs produced EVER.the supra is legendary and I cant remember the last time there was a video of one losing a race on this site.I'd take either without a complaint.And the people who say one owns the other they just dont know cars at all.Go read a magazine or book and educate yourselves!!!

I'm an 03 vert owner throwing 500+ to the wheels and I'll tell you that is a stock exhaust, doesn't matter though, from a roll against the turbo it doesn't stand a chance, try it from a stop next time.

whoa... whoever it was that said the 03 Cobra was one of the best Cobras ever needs to turn the history books back a few hundred pages. Look at the Shelby GT350s and GT500s, look at the Boss 302s, Boss 351s, and especially Boss 429. Those were all WAY better than the 03 Cobra. (1st Generation Stangs all the way)
